2. Do You Rent To Individuals?

In exceptional cases, we do rent out to individuals with impeccable credentials against refundable deposit of amount equal to the cost of the equipment being rented or thereabouts.

3. What is the minimum Rental Period?

No, there is no minimum tenure and you can rent out an equipment for any duration as per your requirement.

4. Do you offer Technical Support?

Yes, We do offer Technical Support for all our rented products.

5. Which city do you provide your service in?

We are headquartered in Ahmedabad and provide delivery and other services on a PAN India basis.

6. Do I need to provide you any documents?

Yes, you would be asked for the documents and the number/type of documents depends upon several factors such as location, order value etc. We try to be as flexible as possible in this regard and our representative will be there to guide you through the whole process.

7. What Operating System Do The Computers Come With?

We usually do not offer any software along with the rented equipment because of the varied nature of demand. However, legally licensed OS and/or application software from Microsoft can be provided at appropriate additional rental cost

8. What is the approximate time for delivery?

We have a huge network all over India in order to facilitate you with speedy deliveries. Depending upon the location, the delivery time may vary from 1 – 7 business days.

9. What if the condition of the equipment received is not satisfactory?

The comfort and preference of our consumers stand first to us in any circumstances. If, at the time of the delivery, you feel dissatisfied by the equipment delivered to you, you need not worry. All you need to do is inform us and the equipment(s) will be replaced.

10. How can I raise a request for repair or replacement?

Our helpline is available to provide assistance and even you can drop us mail; our engineers are at your service and would do the needful.
